Our Company
At Your Service Companion Care is licensed and insured in the state of Pennsylvania and proudly serves the Central Bucks County region. Together, Ellen and Janet offer a unique, integrated model of support—combining compassionate non‑medical companion care with the option for skilled nursing services when appropriate.
Ellen, Founder and President, brings the strength of a retired RN with a BSN and MS, combining clinical insight with exceptional attention to detail, communication, and client advocacy. Her decades of nursing experience shape the company’s standards: safety first, dignity always, and care delivered with warmth and professionalism. Ellen oversees operations, client onboarding, quality assurance, and service planning, ensuring every client receives thoughtful, individualized support.
Co‑owner Janet Curll, also a Bucks County native, is a professional Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN and an MS in Nursing Education. She is additionally a trained diabetic educator. Janet continues to practice as a professional RN and provides skilled nursing care when needed, ensuring clients have access to high‑quality clinical support.
Together, Ellen and Janet form a unified, trustworthy team—committed partners in life and in service—dedicated to providing reliable, compassionate companion care throughout the community.
Our services
Basic
- Assistance with grooming and dressing
• Stand by support for bathing or toileting
• Conversation, emotional support, companionship
• Social engagement, games, reading, walks
• Meal prep, light kitchen help
• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry, vacuuming)
• Run errands, grocery, pharmacy etc.
• Medication reminders
• Safety monitoring and fall prevention
• Encouraging routines for hydration, hygiene,
physical activity and exercise
Standard
- Blood sugar monitoring via finger stick or wearable monitor.
Basic health observations
• Skin checks, simple wound care
- Medical escort and advocacy for doctor visits, GI procedures, IV therapy, radiation therapy, and other appointments — including note‑taking with written and/or verbal reports for clients or family
Premium
- Home intravenous (IV) therapy — including antibiotics and other prescribed infusions
- Medication management and pillbox setup
- Post‑operative nursing care
- Wound assessment and wound care
- Dressing changes
- Ostomy care and education
- Catheter care and maintenance
- Diabetic education and diabetic care support
- Home dialysis support
- Pacemaker monitoring
